Tahune AirWalk offers a variety of tranquil forest walks which will definitely calm the mind, body and soul.
The AirWalk averages heights between 20-30metres above the forest floor, with the very last section, the cantilever, sitting at a height of 50 metres above the river and is where you will get the best views. On the way up to the AirWalk you will encounter 112 gradual concrete steps with places to sit and rest.
If stairs are impossible for you, we do have disabled access available to those who need it. Please enquire on site at the ticketing office.
Basic fitness is required to complete the total length of the AirWalk (619metres).
To complete the AirWalk you are looking at around about 50 minutes as a return trip back to the cafe. Obviously this depends on how many photos you take along the way and whether or not you stop to smell the sassafras.
Tahune Airwalk and Cable Eagle Hang Gliding tickets can be purchased from the Tahune Airwalk Visitor Centre Complex on site daily.
